In jokingly asking whether the NY Times reporting the grand jury leak that Rove learned Plame's name from Novak is a good kind of leak or a bad kind, like, you know, the one Rove is accused of making.
Meanwhile, also worth reviewing is this entry about a DOD victory regarding one of its detainees in the War on Terror. Most importantly, this victory emphasizes why Gonzales would be a terrible pick for the Supreme Court as he would have to recuse himself from judging similar cases. (I don't think it matters in this case because a 4-4 split would uphold the decision).
